N family is an Egyptian online hijab store operated by N family.

Products and prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Stock is limited: an order is confirmed only when we accept it (online payments are confirmed automatically once the payment succeeds).

If a price or availability is wrong we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Ordering

You can order on the website or ask us to prepare a cart on WhatsApp. WhatsApp carts are reviewed by our team and sent back to you as an approved link; nothing is reserved until you place the order on that link.

Please give a real Egyptian mobile number and a complete address so the courier can reach you.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (available only in some areas), InstaPay transfer with proof, and card or mobile wallet through Paymob. Card details are entered on Paymob's secure page; we never see or store them.

Unpaid online orders are released after about 30 minutes so the items return to stock. If you pay after that, we will contact you to confirm the order or refund you.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Returns and refunds page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

We are responsible for the goods we sell and for the service we provide as the law requires. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as courier or network outages.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
