Return & exchange

You can inspect your order while the courier is with you. If you want to exchange or return an item, tell the courier on the spot. There is no extra shipping fee.

After the courier leaves

Once the courier has left, exchanges and returns are available for scarves only, and only within 48 hours of receiving the order. Message us on WhatsApp +20 102 274 2421. Shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Limits

Each order is eligible for one exchange and one return.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, undercaps and all other items cannot be exchanged or returned once the courier has left, unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back the way you paid. Allow up to 14 working days; banks may add their own time.

Not at home?

The courier will call the number on your order. After repeated failed attempts the order may be returned and refunded without the delivery fee.
