You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene, undercaps and items that were opened or worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Sale items follow the same rules unless marked final sale.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? Message us on WhatsApp ++20102 2742421 within 14 days of receiving the order. If the new item is in stock we exchange it once per order; any price difference is settled before we ship the replacement. The delivery fee for a change-of-mind exchange is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong item

Message us on WhatsApp ++20102 2742421 within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return delivery.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number. 2. We confirm and arrange pickup or tell you where to send it. 3. We inspect the item when it arrives.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back the way you paid: card or wallet payments to the same card or wallet through Paymob, InstaPay and cash orders by InstaPay transfer. Allow up to 14 working days; banks may add their own time.

Original delivery fees are refunded only if we sent the wrong or a faulty item. For a change of mind the return delivery fee is paid by the customer.

Cancelling an order

Tell us before the order is shipped and we will cancel it and refund any payment.

Where and how much

The delivery fee depends on your governorate and area and is shown at checkout before you pay. For some addresses the team confirms the fee after you order and tells you before shipping. Free delivery applies when your order reaches the amount shown in the shop banner, if any.

How long

Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your area. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only in selected areas (shown at checkout). Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking

Track your order any time with your order number and mobile number on the Track order page, or from your account.

Not at home?

The courier will call the number on your order. After repeated failed attempts the order may be returned and refunded without the delivery fee.
